Chris Evans Agrees With Quentin Tarantino on Marvel Stars

MCU: Chris Evans says he’s come to agree with Quentin Tarantino’s comments that, in Marvel movies, actors aren’t the stars, the real stars are characters.

“That is the beauty. You never have to be front & center. You’re there but you don’t feel the burden.”

Evans has been open about his struggles with anxiety throughout his career, famously hesitating to take the Marvel role initially for fear of the fame it would bring. His agreement with Tarantino validates that hesitation.
