Parisian Reunion: The finale is set in Paris, where Belly has been studying abroad. Conrad, after their emotional conversation at Susannah's grave, flies to Paris to find her. Their initial reunion is awkward and filled with tension. Belly, who had a brief romance with a new guy named Benito, learns that he is no longer a factor.

A Day of Reconnection: Belly and Conrad spend the day touring Paris, with Belly showing him her favorite spots. They share a romantic dinner with Belly's new friends, and a lot of the old wounds and resentments are discussed, including Conrad's behavior after Susannah's funeral.

The Big Moment: After a long day of reconnecting, the two finally kiss and spend the night together. However, the next morning, Belly has doubts. She questions if their relationship is genuine or simply a product of the grief and trauma they've shared over Susannah's death. Conrad assures her that his love is real and has nothing to do with his mom's wishes, but Belly is still uncertain and sends him away.

The Chase: After Conrad leaves, Belly has a realization. She looks at the infinity necklace he gave her and sees a photo of her younger self. She comes to the conclusion that she loves herself as the person she's always been, and that person has always loved Conrad. In a classic rom-com moment set to Taylor Swift's "Out of the Woods," she races after him to the train station.

"I choose you": She finds him on the train and declares her love, telling him, "If there are infinite worlds, every version of me chooses you in every one of them." Their passionate kiss seals the deal.
