Vector Remote Care lands US $12.5M

Vector Remote Care, a developer of remote cardiac monitoring tools, raised $12.5 million in a Series A investment led by Updata Partners. The Bend, Oregon-based company helps patients and cardiac specialists monitor for hypertension, heart rhythms and other cardiac symptoms.

Glytec, a startup developing software for insulin dosing and glycemic management in hospitals, brought in a new round of $21 million in equity and debt financing. Savitr Capital led the $12 million equity investment, while Silicon Valley Bank provided $9 million in debt financing.

Prescient Devices closed a $2 million seed round led by Z5 Capital as it looks to help companies speed up IoT plans. The Boston-based startup’s software provides a low-code framework for companies to build scalable IoT and edge computing initiatives.
