Software Review: The most surprising thing to me about Vitta AI is how user-friendly it is. I just love that even when they introduce new concepts or new things, I don't even know what the word is when they introduce new things that you can use on the platform. It's very user-friendly. It's all, it kind of reminds me of what Apple is like. You kind of just intuitively know how to use the new pieces or things they introduce. I use Vitta for everything in my business on a regular basis. I use it to schedule and communicate with my clients.

I wanted to streamline, streamline our entire process and I wanted it to be easy for my clients as well. And so what I liked about it was the portal, everything is in one place and I don't have to go to different platforms to run my business. I can run the whole business from one platform. So before Vitta, I had a scheduling app. I was using another platform to make estimates and invoices. I would definitely say do a demo because seeing sometimes like seeing it for yourself or seeing how you could incorporate that into your business is really helpful.And I would just try to like take one piece of your business. Like for me, it was the scheduling. I really did not like my scheduling system and even how I made payments. Now this all streamlines with like my payment processor. But I was trying to use my payment processor to use my scheduling, and then I was testing that against the different scheduling.
I was really probably honestly just going to try it out for a month. And in that month, I cut down on the amount of work I was doing because everything just interconnected, and I was a loyal fan.
