Taipei based Gogoro going public via SPAC

Taipei-based Gogoro, a maker of electric scooters and charging infrastructure, announced it has entered into an agreement to go public through a merger with a SPAC, Poema Global Holdings Corp.


Meanwhile, London-based Form3, a platform payment technology provider, announced that it raised $160 million in a Series C round led by the growth equity business of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
