Online learning & shopping has become a preferred option for people due to social distancing and contact less delivery. Many people are afraid of going to the market or shops because of Corona. People are also taking contactless deliveries from nearby shops. According to a survey, in 2019, only 27% people preferred online shopping, but in 2020 this figure increased. During the epidemic, the sector recorded a rapid growth of 51%.

Prior to Covid-19, India used to sell 10 crore rupees sanitizer in a year. Now the sanitizer market of the country can reach 30 thousand crore rupees annually. To understand this by example, on an average one person uses at least 5 ML sanitizer daily. That means 33 crore Indians are using 16 lakh 30 thousand liters sanitizer daily.

The government has fixed the price of sanitizer to 50 paise per ML, that is, 33 crore Indians use sanitizer of about 83 crores rupees a day, now multiply it by 365 and then there is about 30 thousand crores rupees.
