The government has made a big announcement by making the Android version of the Aarogya Setu app open source. 90 percent of the users of the Aarogya Setu app are Android users.
The corona infection contact tracing app has created a ruckus since the beginning of the privacy of Aarogya Setu.

Many big ethical hackers have also questioned the privacy of the app, but despite this, in just 41 days, 10 crore people have downloaded the Aarogya Setu app. App is available in 12 languages.

The source code of the app will be made available soon. Being open source means that any developer in the world can know what information is being stored in the Aarogya Setu and what the app is doing in your phone.
