Apple plans to shut down iTunes 18 years after Apple's late Co-founder Steve Jobs introduced it on January 9, 2001, Bloomberg reported.
Apple will be launching a trio of new apps for the Mac - Music, TV, and Podcasts, to replace iTunes, the report said. The announcement is reportedly expected by Apple at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference next week.
