Google to shut down Inbox app and Google+

Technology giant Google has begun notifying users that it will shut down its service, Inbox by Gmail on April 2. "You can find your favourite Inbox features in the Gmail app...Your messages are already waiting for you," Google said.

This comes alongside the shutdown of Google's social media platform Google Plus [Google+], also scheduled to take place on April 2.
