Export Readiness Index 2021: Second edition
NITI Aayog released the second edition of the "Export Readiness Index 2021". According to the report, Gujarat has topped the list for the second time in a row with 78.86 percent export preparedness, while Maharashtra is in the second position with 77.14. In third place is the state of Karnataka.
According to the commission's report, Tamil Nadu and Haryana have also been ranked in the top five places in the list. Whereas Uttar Pradesh is ranked sixth and Madhya Pradesh is ranked seventh,It is followed by Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, and Delhi. The Export Preparedness Index measures the preparedness of the states in terms of their export potential and performance.
Giving information on Friday, Bharti Airtel said that it has made a prepayment of Rs 8,815 crore for the spectrum dues for the year 2015. Explain that this payment related to spectrum is related to the annual settlement of 2026-27 to 2031-32 and that interest of 10 percent is also applicable on it.
It is worth noting that in the last four months, Bharti Airtel has paid Rs 24,334 crore ahead of schedule. In a statement issued by the company, it was said that Airtel has made a premature payment of Rs 8,815 crore to meet the deferred liabilities for the spectrum it acquired in 2015. It noted that it continues to focus on financial flexibility through its capital structure, which includes optimising the cost of financing and capitalization across all opportunities for significant interest savings, such as the latest prepayments.
