JioBook Laptop: Will it prove to be a hit?

Technology - JioBook Laptop: Will it prove to be a hit? That's the question. Reliance Jio's first laptop JioBook can be launched in India soon. JioBook will be offered with ARM processor and Windows 10. The hardware certification document of JioBook has been leaked, giving information about the features of the laptop. The ARM version of Windows 10 will be available with the laptop. The hardware of the laptop is being made by a Chinese company, while Jio once said that it will not take the help of China for any of its products or services. Made in China is also written on the battery of the recently launched Jio Phone Next. The product name of JioBook is QL218_V2.2_JIO_11.6_20220113_v2.

Intel or AMD x86 CPU can be found in the laptop. Even before this, many reports of JioBook have come out. In November last year also, there was a report about JioBook, according to which the price of Jio's laptop JioBook will be Rs 9,999, although this will be the starting price. JioBook will also be launched in many other variants. Apart from this, 4G connectivity will also be available in JioBook. Jio's laptop JioBook will have forked Android, which will be known as JioOS.

Other details of the Jio laptop remain unknown. It was previously spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website and Geekbench. The listing on Geekbench revealed that the laptop has 2GB of RAM and a MediaTek MT8788 chipset. All Jio apps will be supported in the laptop. For JioBook, Reliance has partnered with Chinese company Bluebank Communication Technology. The same company is manufacturing JioBook laptops. Let us tell you that the same company has also made Jio Phone. Hopefully, this will be a budget laptop.

Windows only works on x86 but you can install a real os and use it as a subsystem under window but what's the point install Android or a full desktop Linux , Windows is irrelevant nowadays? They should've launch it with Windows 11 instead of ancient Windows 10 (Joking).
