5 years salary without working? Is it true?

Obviously, everyone will say that how can this happen, but you will be surprised to know that it has happened. According to the report, a user on the social media platform has made such a claim.

The user has told that, the work for which he was hired by the company, it was done automatically with just a computer code. He did not tell this to anyone, and quietly kept working there for 5 years without taking salary and promotion. While revealing this secret, he has not told his name, company name and in which country he lives. In 2015, he got a job as a data entry operator in a company. The user wrote on reddit that I used to get an email asking to enter the order details as information in our system.

He had night shift. The company had given him work from home from day one to save office cleaning and transport cost at night. The user said that it was only after training that he understood that the work for which he was hired, he could do it only through a code. He didn't know coding. In such a situation, he contacted a freelancer developer to create the code. He made up a code. He paid the code maker equal to his 2 months salary. The user has told- During the first 2 years, I used to check daily whether there is anything that this code is not able to do.

It usually took 5 minutes to check. After that I would just leave the computer running. During this time I used to watch movies, used to sleep or sometimes even went out. Later I added those tasks in the code, for which I had to check the computer for 5 minutes. The user told that the company also promoted him several times for his 'great work'. In between, there were job offers from other companies as well, but he turned them down. The user said that I had no reason to leave the job. I was getting salary without working. Twice my salary was also increased because I did not take a single leave during work.

Recently his company developed a new program. After this his position in the company was terminated. The user said – I got a letter from the company to end the job. In this, I was told that I can keep the company's laptop and other equipment with me. Also I can apply for any vacancy in future because my work was very good. The fact is, I have never told my wife, family or any friend about it in real life. This is the first time I am sharing this secret with anyone.
