Tata Motors : Global sales have grown by 24%

In July-September, the company sold 1,62,634 units in the passenger vehicle segment. This is 10% more than the total sales of passenger vehicles in the same period last year. Tata Motors' total sales in April-June this year were 2,14,250 units. This is an increase of 17% compared to the same period of 2020.
Tata Motors releases India sales data on the first of every month. At the same time, the data of vehicle registration of companies is also issued by FADA.
In September, the company registered a year-on-year growth of 28% with sales of 59,156 units. This was 46,129 units in September 2020. Earlier, the company had sold 51,981 units in July 2021 and 54,190 units in August 2021.
Chip shortage continues among companies around the world. In such a situation, the sales of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), the luxury car unit of Tata Motors, also increased. The company has sold 78,251 JLR cars in this period. In this, the sale of Jaguar was 13,944 units and that of Land Rover was 64,307 units.
