The GTA series has always been famous for its controversial attitude towards some social and political issues, thereby causing a large number of scandals. Apparently, the developers and publishers, this time, decided to move away from the usual concept and censored the trailer and, possibly, the project itself.

The GTA Trilogy trailer reveals Rockstar Games removed the Confederate flag from Phil Cassidy’s shirt; a “redneck” character who has appeared in several Grand Theft Auto games including GTA3 and GTA: Vice City. The Confederate flag has been replaced with a generic skull with eagle wings.

There are new details regarding the release of the updated GTA Trilogy. The project will receive updated graphics, improved animation and character control as in GTA V. All I wanna know is if all the original cheat codes will still be in the games and if San Andreas will still have the 2 player mode and if they improved that.

The "cartoony" look is precisely the correct aesthetic for grand theft auto games. Even all the title cards look like comic book panels. Its meant to be, and its glorious. Mods that will come after months of release of this game is gonna be awesome, especially if they can replace the character to be more realistic.

Thank God. Rockstar remastered this game this is what I wanted GTA 3 looks way much better now damn I can't wait. I seriously hope that EA does this for need for speedy underground series, most wanted, and Carbon. This is going to be so much fun!! I still tend to fall back on my PS3 and play these originals every now and then for the nostalgia.
