Castro said that this is the only place in the world, which does not contribute in any way to the change in the environment, but the worst effect of change in the environment falls on this area.

Earlier, he had faced such a situation in the year 1998 in Bahr al-Ghazal, South Sudan. In view of the situation, the UN and the government of Madagascar have appealed for a fund of about $ 155 million. With this, arrangements can be made for food and drink for the people. Thousands of people have left their homes. All are forced to migrate towards the city in search of food.
