People getting fit at home, fitness apps became helpful
Lifestyle : To avoid contact with others, people started workouts and yoga at home. Fitness apps helped him in this. Due to the corona, many people tried to stay healthy at home. People refrained from going to the gym by following the 'no slack till medicine'. In a survey, 20% said that they do not go to the gym indefinitely, 40% said that they cannot say when they will go to the gym again. The purchase of fitness equipment increased by 55% as soon as the lockdown took place.
There was a 35% increase in viewership of meditation videos. According to Sensor Tower, a tech company that conducted such surveys, fitness app downloading during the Corona period increased by 47%. During this time 65.6 crore people downloaded fitness apps. In May alone, about 34 lakh people downloaded the 'Strawa' app. Last year, over seven crore people bought smartwatches and fitness bands to stay fit. This figure was 33% higher than in 2019.

The increased uncertainty in the Corona period made people religious. According to a study, there has been an increase in religiosity and spirituality in the age group of 21 to 35 years. Especially young women (64%) said that they would be safe because of their faith in God. The study, titled 'Religion and Faith Perception in a Pandemic of Covid-19', found that around 87% of the people believed that due to their faith, they felt safe.

Many items such as vegetables, fruits, milk packets, purses, money, smartphones or gadgets are sanitized with this machine. It has ultra violet light which kills bacteria and viruses. Earlier they were used in healthcare centers, but now they have increased rapidly in homes too. By 2026, the market of these machines will reach 24 thousand 668 crore rupees.
