Why Google AdSense is not reviewing Blogger site?

Common Question in Google AdSense :

Random User - Why you are not reviewing my Blogger site, I have submitted it 2 months later, and not reviewed yet. Please, check it faster I provide valuable content on my site. And my articles are appearing in Google search result also.

Answer :

You altered the default Blogger robots.txt. and removed Adsense content.

Go put it back.

See the support page at https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/41373

Log in and go to Settings >> Crawlers and indexing
Uncheck YES for Custom robots header and Custom Robots txt
The green toggle buttons should be set to OFF.

Allow a week for this to be processed.
