Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will recruit more than 35,000 posts in various positions like Junior Clerk andTypist, Junior Time Keeper, Senior Clerk Cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper etc. through Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) recruitment.

The RRBS may release the first stage online examination CBT-1 admit card and schedule soon. The admit card will be uploaded on RRB's official website www.rrbcdg.gov.in and other regional website.

The RRB is also taking suggestions from several recruitment agencies for conducting recruitment exams. In the Board's recently issued notice, it has been reiterated once again that the pre-bid conference will be held on 03 July 2020 at 11.00 AM in the office of RRB Chennai on the date fixed in Corrigendum No.5.

In view of the prevailing situation due to COVID-19, the examination is likely to be conducted keeping in mind the prescribed guidelines related to COVID.

On issue of RRB NTPC Admit Card, all eligible candidates will be sent an SMS and email to upload the details on the e-call letter and their registered mobile number and email id. The official date of release of the admit card has not been announced.

However, earlier, in the information released by the Railways, it has been said that now the online examination will be conducted keeping in mind the rules of social distancing. There will be proper distance between the students in the examination center and students will also be required to wear a mask during the exam.
