Madhya Pradesh : Preparation for school exam begins
MP News/Bhopal : The School Education Department has started preparations for the postponed examinations of Higher Secondary Certificate and Higher Secondary Professional (Vocational Course) courses starting on Tuesday.
From sanitizing schools, masks, gloves, sanitizers and other items are being delivered to the school. The students have been asked to practice masking continuously for three hours before giving the paper, so that they do not face any problem during the paper.
SK Chaurasia, PRO of Secondary Education Board, said that all districts have sent exam related material. District education authorities have been instructed to get the paper as per all guidelines issued for Corona.
After this, arrangements are being made for it in all districts. With this, if a student has not been able to sign the Principal on the admit card for some reason after the change of district, then he will be able to take the examination. It is the responsibility of the education officer to allow the student to appear in the examination in such cases.
Students bring home long peppers from :
Bhopal District Education Officer Nitin Saxena informed that students should bring long and collie chillies with them from home. It is good for cough and sore throat. In such a situation, students will get relief from cough etc. during the examination.
Reminding again, all students should also practice at home for three hours with a mask, so that there is no problem due to the mask being put on paper.
Must arrive one hour early :
In the new order, it is mandatory for students to arrive at the examination center one hour before the paper starts. Thermal screening of all will be done before going inside the examination center. In case of signs of corona, the suspected student will be seated in a separate room and provided with paper.
The examinations will be held in two shifts from 9 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 5 pm. Students who give papers in the first shift will have to arrive at the examination center at 8 am and students who take the exam in the second shift at 1 pm. All the students have to keep their face covered and follow social distancing while coming to the examination center and taking the exam.
